How to delete your account.

Send a deletion request
Email dc7creations@gmail.com from the email address you used to register for the app. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Include the required details
In your email, include: the name of the app, the account username or identifier you used in the app, and any other details that help confirm your identity.

Receive confirmation
DcCreations will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and communicate the expected deletion timeline and any next steps.
- 04
Deletion is completed
Your account and associated data will be deleted within the timeline communicated. You will receive a final confirmation once the deletion is complete.
App-specific customisation required
Before publishing any DcCreations app that includes user sign-in or account creation, this page must be updated with the app-specific deletion process, data retention window, and any legal exceptions that apply. This placeholder process is a starting template only.
What happens after deletion
- • Your account will be permanently deactivated and removed.
- • Personal data associated with your account will be deleted within the communicated timeline.
- • Some data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons — this will be disclosed if applicable.
- • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
